Shake & Make: A Creative Reset

The world is A LOT right now. Feeling overwhelmed? Like the firehose of bad news is running your nervous system ragged? Maybe you just need a day to step away, shake it off, make something beautiful, sip tea (or let’s be real, wine), and reset.

That’s exactly what Shake & Make is all about—a cozy, creative escape where healing meets art, stress melts away, and joy takes center stage.

We’ll start by shaking off the stress—I’ll guide a gentle energy healing to help you clear your mind, reconnect with yourself, and find a personal reset word to bring you back when life gets overwhelming.

Then, we make. No rules, no pressure—just pure creative play. I’ll have paints, collage papers, fabric, stamps, pens, and watercolors—all the good stuff. You’ll create something simple but powerful—a visual reminder of your reset to keep close when life gets loud.

Good company, creative flow, and a much-needed reset. Because sometimes, the best way to take care of yourself is to play.
